We acquired and refurbished this office building on the popular Thorpe Park in Leeds in 2016. Following interest from a national forensic investigations business looking for a new Yorkshire base, we agreed the initial letting of the building with an option for the tenant to acquire at a point when it suited their business. Delighted with their accommodation, the occupier acquired the property in October 2019.

We acquired this vacant 1.5 acre industrial estate in need of modernization from a PLC with the purchase completing within 3 weeks of sale documentation being provided to us. Working with a number of local stakeholders and Gentoo Homes we progressed plans for a 18 home residential development on the site. The development now known as Sandpiper View was completed in 2021 following the sale of our interest to Gentoo Homes.
